Timeline and Milestones
Deep Roots in the Richmond Community
First Presbyterian Church is deeply committed to serving the Richmond community. Over the years, we have built lasting partnerships with organizations like the Bay Area Rescue Mission, which assists individuals and families in need. Other regular partners include the Richmond Souper Center, Presbyterian Disaster Assistance, Project NASCE, Wycliffe Bible Translators, and Westminster Woods Youth Camp.
First Presbyterian also works with neighboring churches to address community challenges and offer support, such as the partnership with Living Hope Neighborhood Church and CRU Inner City to give out 100 backpacks to children.
